uncompromised word of God so that every person could know their purpose in the kingdom of God. Much effort has gone into preparing the disciplines to be productive in the kingdom of God and bring forth a ministry of the next generations to come. Mature Christians in God will learn their purpose in life, on this earth, and will come into the unity of the faith with the body of Christ.
Elder Priscilla Oates imparted much of her passion for her community through Positive Generation in Christ Altar Center’s vision to teach, train, and equip mature believers for the work of the ministry. She and her husband, Pastor Duarthur Oates, through PGIC Altar Center also help bring people into their destiny and full potential to fulfill God's purpose on this earth. The PGIC Altar Center also empowers and trains people to become disciples on this earth.
Elder Oates was ordained into the ministry under the leadership of Bishop George Bloomer, of Bethel Family Worship Center, based in Durham, North Carolina in June 2006. She continues to empower the next generation by empowering citizens with jobs, training, and critical assistance in the same community where she grew up.
